COVID-19 Information

As a church we are required to have a 'COVID-19 Safety Plan'. We are not implementing this safety plan simply because we are required to do so. More than that, we believe that following the details contained in this plan will reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses in our church family. This is a good way in which we can love one another and love the society in which we live – especially those who are more vulnerable.

Our responses to the NSW Government’s ‘COVID-19 Safety Plan for Places of Worship’ can be accessed here.

How can you help?

Please do not attend our onsite church services (or other church ministries) if:

  • You are not feeling well or have any possible symptoms of COVID-19.
  • You have been asked to self-isolate for any reason by health authorities.
  • You (or someone you live with) is awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.

If you have any symptoms you should get tested for COVID-19.

When you arrive at church you must sanitise your hands.

You will need to sign in using a QR code or have your name and contact details manually collected by a welcomer. This is to allow contact tracing to occur in the event of an outbreak.

Masks are encouraged but are not essential at a place of worship.

Please practice good hygiene at church (wash hands thoroughly, cough into elbow etc).

If you begin to feel unwell whilst at church please let someone know and please leave the facilities as soon as possible.

We have some limitations on how many people are allowed in each room of our facilities. Please check the signage for details.

Please stay at least 1.5m away from those people you do not live with (before, during and after church).

You might like to bring your own bible along as there will not be bibles in the pews.

The offertory bags will not be passed around during church. There is a cane basket at the back of each church that people can place their offertory in or people can give via direct debit.

Please do not sing at church until the health advice changes.

If you are in a higher risk category you may wish to delay your return to church and/or get advice from your doctor.
