We are people of many different ages and backgrounds who follow Jesus Christ as our Saviour and Lord.
We are a local community of believers, yet we are also part of a worldwide church of believers.
We are Protestant, Evangelical, Reformed and Anglican.
We hold to the truth of the gospel message contained in the writings of the New Testament. The Gospel (which means ‘good news’) is that God, who made the universe, has a plan to free us from our sin and its consequences. We believe that this plan was announced by Jesus in his birth, his obedient life of love, his teachings, his miracles, his death on the cross, his resurrection and his ascension into heaven.
We want to see people become followers of Jesus and so we share this wonderful news:
'For by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do' Ephesians 2:8-10 (NIV)
