HALL HIRE INFORMATION

Our church halls can be hired by local community groups, or sporting / dance / drama groups etc. 


Some key information:

  • Due to recent insurance changes we are sadly no longer able to hire our facilities for one-off private events (e.g. birthday parties or family gatherings etc). 
  • We require that all groups or individuals hiring our facilities have their own public liability insurance policy. 
  • All requests to hire our facilities must be approved by our church council. 
  • We give a 20% reduction in hire fees for regular usage by registered not for profit groups.

  • ST MARTin's Kensington - MIDDLE HALL

    @ 105 Todman Ave, Kensington

    The Middle Hall at St Martin's Kensington has been refurbished with new flooring, lighting and reverse cycle air conditioning. The dimensions of the main area of the hall are 14m x 9m. The hourly cost is $55 (including GST). 

  • ST MARTIN'S kensington - BACK HALL

    @ 105 Todman Ave, Kensington

    The Back Hall at St Martin's Kensingtonhas a parquetry floor and lots of natural light. Reverse cycle air conditioning has recently been installed. The dimensions of the main area of the hall are 17m x 9m. The hourly cost is $55 (including GST). 

  • ST STEPHen's EASTLAKES HALL

    @ 6 Westcott St, Eastlakes

    This hall is suitable for small dance classes and other small to medium sized groups. Reverse cycle air conditioning has recently been installed. The dimensions are 9.5m x 9m. The hourly cost is $38.50 (including GST).
